Anyone with a genuine interest in mental health support can enroll in this program. No prior experience is required. This program is ideal for college students, including those pursuing Bachelor’s degrees (3–4 years), Master’s students, and individuals aged 18 years or above who are interested in learning, gaining practical experience, and contributing to mental health support through a structured internship program

The course spans 4 weeks and includes 10 comprehensive modules. Each module features 1.5-hour live lectures, practical worksheets, multiple real-world case studies, supervision sessions, live mock tests, and dedicated doubt support. After course completion, participants receive monthly counseling supervision sessions focused on how to professionally handle clients at PANHA.

Yes! Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. Additionally, top performers may be offered internship opportunities with PANHA.

The training covers role clarity & ethics, mental health foundations, empathy & active listening, risk identification, referral pathways, counseling skills, psychological first aid (PFA), and session documentation using the CCGIRP format.

Absolutely! The program includes 5+ live mock tests, practical sessions, case studies, and supervised practice with expert feedback. You'll get hands-on experience before working with real individuals.

You'll have access to 24x7 doubt support, one-on-one mentorship, and supervision by experienced clinical psychologists and mental health experts throughout your training.

After completing the training, you'll have the opportunity to apply for internships with PANHA where you can practice your skills under supervision and gain real-world experience in mental health support.
